This week’s focus is on wind & environmental adjustment — learning how to stay disciplined and make subtle corrections when conditions aren’t perfect.

Athletes will work on staying calm under changing conditions, trusting their fundamentals, and avoiding overcorrections when targets react differently due to wind.

Key practice elements will include:

• Developing awareness of how wind affects target flight

• Making slight hold point adjustments without overthinking

• Maintaining tempo and rhythm despite changing conditions

• Trusting shot pattern and fundamentals instead of reacting emotionally

• Practicing handicap shooting across all divisions

Midwest Regional (Friday):

• ⚠️ Only for athletes who previously signed up

• 100 Targets (16-yard)

• Optional: Handicap & Doubles (athlete paid + bring your own ammo)

Newton Match (Saturday):

• Standard match format (final details will be communicated as available)
